Volunteers from around New Hampshire came to Pembroke Academy to learn how to equip students to become the next generation of innovators and leaders as volunteers for the non-profit NH Destination Imagination. [Photos of this event now posted].
New Team Managers learned about the organization, ways to build teamwork and collaboration and what to expect during the year. Team Managers are also encouraged to attend the ALL Team Manager Cafe on November 16th at Hooksett Memorial School where more Challenge-specific explanation and facilitation strategies will be shared. Talking with experienced Team Managers make this a great event for all Team Managers!
Destination Imagination student teams of up to seven students from K-college utilize Team Managers as facilitators as they solve one of several open-ended challenges that focus in STEM, Improv, Visual Arts, Service Learning and Early Learning. Over 3,000 Granite State students will join over 150,000 students around the world who are taking part in DI this year.
