This Saturday, NH-DI student team members from across New Hampshire will take part in hands-on workshops at Southern New Hampshire University to help them prepare for Destination Imagination competitions. “D.I.” is the global creativity and STEAM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Arts, and Math) Challenge-based academic program. Workshops are hands-on, visual and consist of Instant Challenge strategy training as well as:
- Technical skills: set design, costume creation, prop building, basic electronics
- Performance skills: storytelling, acting, character development
- Creative problem-solving strategies
- Collaboration and teamwork techniques
