Online Tournament Data Forms
To begin the process of completing the online Tournament Data Forms, you will need to log in to the NH-DI Online site, head to the Documents Tab, then select Tournament Data Forms. You will then be asked to log in to the DI HQ site to start the submission (or editing) process.
