April 4:The two-hour volunteer schedule is now available. Please make sure that your volunteer knows when to report for work. We can’t run the tournament without their help! If you spot an error (for example, a volunteer who is scheduled to work during their child’s performance), please notify the tournament director so we can correct the mistake.
If you happen to live in a town near Salem, you might notice that a lot of your volunteers have early morning assignments. This is because we thought that it might be better to give most of these slots to you, rather than to the volunteers who will have to drive a long way to get to the tournament.
April 1:There is an updated version of the preliminary tournament schedule. This version includes the rooms assigned to each Team Challenge. We’ve already notified the two teams that have new performance times, but if you haven’t checked the performance times for your own team yet, please do this today!
March 30: The preliminary tournament schedule is now available, both as a printer-friendly PDF version, and as an interactive web page that lets you sort or filter the schedule.
