March 14
Today we have the tournament map that shows the Challenge sites and other key locations. We also have the latest version of the tournament schedule.
March 13
We’ve posted the two-hour support volunteer schedule. Tournaments run smoothly because of these volunteers, so please ask your volunteer to report to the Information Table shortly before their assigned time. If our needs change during the day, this will give us an opportunity to send them to a different location.
If your volunteer will not be available, any adult can report for work at your team’s assigned time. If we’ve accidentally scheduled a volunteer to work at the same time their child’s team will be performing, please email Dan Whitney so he can change their assignment.
We were able to excuse a few support volunteers listed in tournament registrations. For example, some would be traveling a very long way, and we didn’t want to make their day any longer. If your team’s volunteer isn’t included the schedule, they won’t need to report for work at a specific time, but we’d love it if they could check at the Info Table to see if our needs have changed and we could use the extra help!
March 7
The preliminary tournament schedule is now available. Please check the times for your team, and email Dan Whitney if you have any questions. This is a preliminary schedule that could change, and the only official schedule will be the one published on the day of the tournament.
Team Managers should also read our Tournament Survival Guide, which has some important information that you’ll need to help prepare your team for this exciting day!
