Many team presentation times have changed in the new tournament schedule for Sunday, so we now have a new (finished at 2:38 AM) two-hour volunteer schedule. Current weather forecasts are predicting a winter storm on Saturday. We all hope that won’t happen, but we’re watching the weather for this weekend and are actively discussing the best option for our teams. On a happier note, we’ve posted a tournament map and a printer-friendly version of the schedule.

We have just posted the two-hour volunteer schedule and descriptions of the tournament day jobs assigned to them. Tournaments run smoothly because of these volunteers, so please make sure your team’s volunteer reports on time! If something comes up and they can’t arrive at their assigned time, it’s OK to send another adult to substitute for them. If we’ve accidentally scheduled someone to work at the same time their child’s team will be performing, please let us know so we can change their assignment.

The preliminary tournament schedule is now available . This preliminary schedule is likely to change, and the only official schedule will be the one published on the day of the tournament.
Please check the times for your team! The column labeled “tc time” has your scheduled Team Challenge time, and everyone is encouraged to come at that time to watch your team’s presentation! The column labeled “ic time” is the time of your team’s Instant Challenge. Only the team members and one Team Manager will be allowed to enter Instant Challenge. The only exception is for Early Learning (Rising Stars) teams, which are non-competitive so everyone can watch their Instant Challenge.
If you have any questions or concerns about the schedule, please email Dan Whitney and Terri Behm.
Team Managers should also read our Regional Tournament Survival Guide, which has some important information that you’ll need to help prepare your team for this exciting day!
