Today we have a printer-friendly tournament schedule and a tournament map.
There have been a few updates in the revised tournament schedule that is now available as both a PDF file and an Excel spreadsheet. Please recheck the times for your team!
The two-hour volunteer schedule is now available. Please check the entry for your team, and make sure your volunteer knows when and where they’ve been assigned.
We also have Housekeeping and Other Information. This document has some important tournament day information for Team Managers and parents, including this year’s rules for advancement to our state tournament. At one time, we printed copies to hand out to Team Managers when they arrived at the tournament, but this year we’ve decided to save some trees and distribute it in electronic form. Team Managers will want to read this and share it with the families of their team members!

The preliminary tournament schedule is now available as both a PDF file and an Excel spreadsheet. Please check the times for your team right away, and email Dan and Jenna if there you have a question. Please note that this is a preliminary schedule that could change, and the only official schedule will be the one published on the day of the tournament.
