Yesterday, they were members of the 16 New Hampshire Destination Imagination teams that qualified and accepted the invitation to advance to Destination Imagination Global Finals. Now, team members from around the state are Team New Hampshire (#TeamNH). Last night in Bedford, they met and bonded together at Bedford High School at the NH-DI annual Spoil Your Dinner (with ice cream) event.
From May 22 – 25, 2024 in Kansas City, MO, these teams will represent New Hampshire against teams from 35 states and 13 countries in STEAM-based Challenges based in science, technology, engineering, the arts, math or social learning. Over 100 teams statewide tackled these challenges – and these 16 teams now will represent New Hampshire!
Each year, over 150,000 students participate globally in the Destination Imagination program, which is offered in over 30 countries and has 1.6 million alumni who were on teams in the past. Many alumni have returned to give back to the program. New Hampshire boasts over 120,000 of the 1.5 million alumni worldwide.
