The Old High School parking lot is just across the street from Bakie.
NOTE: Please tell your supporters to be patient and to allow plenty of time for parking and getting to your team’s challenge venue! We are doing our best to make the day run smoothly, but they can help by allowing extra time so no one is rushing!

Volunteer Schedule
The two-hour volunteer schedule is now available. Please check the schedule to find the assignment for your team, and ask your two-hour volunteer to report for work at that time.
Can’t find your team on the schedule? That’s because this year we’ve put a lot of effort into finding ways to reduce the number of volunteers needed on the day of the tournament. So if you have a Rising Stars team, please tell your volunteer to just relax and enjoy the tournament!

The preliminary schedule is available on the NH-DI Online site. This is subject to change. Though we do try to minimize changes at this point, please note that the only official schedule is the one you get at the tournament!

Building opens: 7:00
Check-in for Appraisers: 7:15
Check in for Team Managers: 7:15 to 7:50
Deliver items for Cake Walk: 7:30 to 11:30
Line up for Banner Parade: 7:45
Opening ceremonies: 8:00 to 8:45Team Performances start: 9:00 AM
Structure weigh-in: 8AM
Closing and awards: ~4:45

Parking
The parking lot + 113 teams = Limited Parking!
II If at all possible, CARPOOL. We would very much appreciate it if you come in as few cars as possible!
OVERFLOW PARKING LOTS ON MAIN STREET!
If you must bring multiple cars, we have a huge favor to ask. We have secured overflow parking at the Bakie Elementary and Old High School parking lots located on Main Street, about a 5 minute drive from the HS. We will have 2 shuttle vans running in the morning and then one of them running all day, back and forth, to get you to and from the High School!
We will ALSO have an on-demand driver from NH-DI who will be able to drive you directly to your car should a need arise such as an emergency or something. We will do our level best to get you and your car reunited as soon as possible if you use the overflow lots!
Other Parking Options
If the weather permits, I believe they have not posted the road in front of the high school “No Parking” yet, but the Kingston PD and Fire Department requested that we not clog that road if at all possible because it creates a lot of traffic and safety problems for them and for you! Plus, if there is even the hint of a snowbank or inclement weather that requires plowing, they MAY tow your car.
NO TRAILERS OR LARGE TRUCKS IN THE PARKING LOT! Because of the issues with parking, we are NOT ALLOWING TRAILERS to be left in the parking lot at the high school. If you bring props, etc. on a trailer, plan to drop them off in advance and then park the trailer and tow vehicle in the overflow lot and take the shuttle back to the HS.
