Team Managers from around New Hampshire attended N.H. Destination Imagination Team Manager Training in Bow, NH on Saturday, November 7, 2026. Team Managers are our amazing volunteers who facilitate the journey of Destination Imagination (D.I.) teams. They learned about the rules, project management, the importance of an interference-free environment for student teams to thrive, Instant Challenges and so much more. In true DI style, much of this was through hands-on activities. Designed for both new and veteran Team Managers, another session will be held on Saturday, November 21 at Bow Memorial School. Destination Imagination gives kids a place to solve real problems together, build creative confidence, and belong, with no adults touching the solution. Team members build creativity, collaboration, management and teamwork skills around STEAM based Challenges, which must be solved solely by the team members.
