Tonight we have a printer-friendly version of what is likely to be the final 2024 Amherst Regional Tournament schedule.
February 28
We have just posted the two-hour volunteer schedule and descriptions of the tournament day jobs assigned to them. Tournaments run smoothly because of these volunteers, so please make sure your team’s volunteer reports on time! If something comes up and they can’t arrive at their assigned time, it’s OK to send another adult to substitute for them. If we’ve accidentally scheduled someone to work at the same time their child’s team will be performing, please let us know so we can change their assignment.
Surprise! We have a new version of the preliminary tournament schedule, but that probably isn’t really a surprise if you’ve been following the frequent updates on this page.
Please check out the 2024 Amherst Regional Tournament Event Guide. This new resource will help you plan your tournament day by highlighting important details about the upcoming tournament with photos, descriptions, and other helpful information. Today we have a tournament map that shows all of the key locations at Souhegan High School.
We have also published a new version of the preliminary tournament schedule with a few additional changes, so please check the times again.
February 24
Shortly after we published the preliminary tournament schedule, we heard from a few teams that found they had a schedule conflict. We’ve published an updated version of the schedule that should fix these problems. However, to do this we had to change many of the times listed in the previous version, so please check the times for your team again.
February 22
The preliminary tournament schedule is now available. Please check the times for your team, and email Terri and Jenna if you have any questions. This is a preliminary schedule that could change, and the only official schedule will be the one published on the day of the tournament.
