A day in the life of a Rising Stars appraisal team differs a bit from Instant Challenge and the other Team Challenges.


Since the teams are not scored, there is no need for scoring.  While we want the kids to develop their creativity and safety is important, the consequences of interference are handled by pointing out to the team managers and parents that it would be more in the spirit of DI if the kids did a task themselves.
