We require each of our New Appraisers take a quiz to check that they understand the background material necessary for our Appraiser Trainings.


There are multiple quizzes.  As an appraiser, you should take the quiz that is related to your appraising job.  For example,

  • instant challenge appraisers take the instant challenge quiz,
  • prep area appraiser take the prep area appraiser quiz,
  • team challenge appraiser take the team challenge appraiser quiz,
  • etc.

You will find the quizzes on the https://nh-di.org/online website (the website where you filled out an offer to appraise). After logging in, pick take a quiz on the Appraiser menu (Appraiser=>take a quiz).  


Below is a screen shot of what the page will look like.  The Quizzes you have started area lists those you started or completed.  The Available Quizzes area shows the quizzes you have NOT started.  To continue on a quiz, click the  icon to the left of the quiz you wish to continue.  To start a quiz, click the  icon to the left of the quiz you want to start.
