If you log into your NH-DI /online account and do not see your team under teams=>register for regionals, this might be for a number of reasons.


  • if you are the purchaser of the team number:
    You should check if you bought the team number using a different email than the one associated with your current NH-DI /online account. You may need to contact us to get this corrected (Affiliate Director Anna Maenhout (anna.maenhout@nh-di.org or 603.868.2140x 700)).
  • if you are the coordinator of the team:
    Perhaps the purchaser has either not purchased the team number yet or not recorded you as the coordinator.  Check with the purchaser.
  • if you are a team manager of the team:
    Perhaps the purchaser has either not purchased the team number yet or not recorded you as a team manager.  Check with the purchaser.  If you get the team number and the DI order number from the purchaser (in the email sent to the purchaser), you can add yourself as a team manager as explained below.

Adding Yourself as a Team Manager


The Add Team button on the teams=>register for regionals page will let you add yourself as a team manager.  You need 2 pieces of information to do this:


  1. the team number of the team
  2. the DI order number emailed to the purchaser when the team number was bought


The purchaser was emailed this information when they purchased the team numbers.
